Rémi Conte — Atrypical provides no teaching, no leading and no supervision of physical or sporting activity within the meaning of article L. 212-1 of the French Sports Code. The athletes who accompany the outings are not qualified sports instructors and perform no teaching function.

What is sold is a shared training session: the customer joins athletes in their own practice. No technique correction, no training plan and no adaptation of the session to the participant's level are provided.

Each participant remains autonomous and responsible for their own equipment, pace, compliance with applicable regulations and personal safety.
